Lao Ban Niang Confinement Herbal Tea Package

Our herbal tea packs consists of 6 different types of ingredients. We use Dang Sheng, Beiqi, Red Dates, Black Dates, Longan and Wolfberries in our herbal tea packs. Such a concotion is not only good for improving your blood circulation, it also helps to promotion Qi. One packet of herbal tea is good for 2 litres of water.

Our package includes 30 days of confinement tea packets.
Mothers undergoing post-natal confinement procedure are advised to avoid drinking plain water.
Confinement herbal drink acts as a substitute for plain water. It nourishes blood, replenishes energy and boosts immunity system.
It has a sweet smell and taste, best serve warm.

INGREDIENTS: Longan, Red Dates, Dang Shen, Bei Qi, Red Dates and Black Dates.

PREPARATION:

Rinse herbs with water, separate wolfberries from the rest of the herbs.
Fill a pot with 1.5 litres - 2 litres of water.
Place herbs into the pot.
Bring the concoction to boil and simmer for 1 hour.
5 minutes before serving, empty the packet of wolfberries into the pot.
Finally, serve while hot.

Store excess herbal drink in a keep warm flask to enjoy throughout the day.

Do not consume an overnight herbal drink.
