Direction :

Apply once or twice a day from the very beginning of pregnancy. Prolong the treatment up to 1 month after giving birth for optimum efficacy.

• On the stomach: Help absorption using light circulate massaging strokes, starting from belly button moving outwards
• On thighs and hips: Place both hands flat down, thumbs spread out and touching each other on each side of your thigh, then massage from the bottom moving upwards, making smoothing strokes
• On the breasts: Massage more delicately with light circular strokes
