Exclusively and competitively priced just for Mummy's Market, our Lily package consists of 30 packets of Red Dates Tea and 30 different types of soup.

All of them are freshly hand-packed individually and delivered to your doorstep after your birth.

Each packet of the Red Dates tea consists of red dates, black dates, dang sheng, bei qi, wolfberries and dried logan.

To prepare the red dates tea, simply empty the contents into a pot and add 1.5L of water. It would be ready for consumption after boiling for 30 minutes. To prepare the soup, simply add your choice of chicken meat or pork ribs to the ingredients of the soup, and cook it with 1.2L of water.

For mummies who are on vegetarian diet, the ingredients of each soup can also be cooked with mushrooms or even nuts such as walnuts and cashew nuts to enhance the flavours.

*Store in fridge to keep for up to 6 months
